Types
Each result suggests one Type (Feedback, Query, Price, Positive Comment, Negative Comment, FDA, Spam). Change it in the dropdown if it's wrong — the Log and sheet copy use your choice.
What every comment goes through
- Closed check: FDA, BBB, warning letter or any US Gov authority → Closed, no reply.
- Doubt check: Medicare, government, lawsuit, "reported you" → Pending, confirm with DHI first.
- Spam check: outside phone numbers or links → spam warning reply + hide comment.
- Content bank: finds DHI's past replies to similar comments for that brand (style only).
- Reply: written with DHI's cheat sheet, approved brand facts, and different wording each time.
- Final check: banned words (doctor, safe, guaranteed, FDA-approved, Ozempic…), official email + phone, prices vs approved facts.
